The first key for you to lose weight is, be consistent and stay disciplined. I always be consistent and sticking with the diet plan I started with till the end. A small example, I know a friend she told me that she will lose 40 pounds in one month, and she failed and that made her always having second thoughts when she goes on a diet. The next key is, never ever watch tv while your eating. Since watching tv makes you not realize the amount of the serving size of the food ur getting. For example, instead eating a bar of chocolate go for an apple or a carrot.
One of the important things that you can always be lazy about is, exercising. Please you always have to exercise even if a little bit. If you are dying to lose that extra baggage you must exercise.
